Will there be parking on site?

Yes, the Guild Inn offers free parking, up to 250 spots.

Can we take photos?

We kindly ask for no photos during the ceremony to allow everyone to be present and fully immersed in the experience, but we encourage you to take photos in the park after the ceremony and during the reception! We will share the ceremony photos and videos taken by the photographer and videographer at a later date.

Where should I stay?

Wherever you'd like. Previously, we recommended both the Pickering Casino Resort and the Best Western Plus Executive Inn due to shuttle bus service. However, we will now be providing Uber vouchers to all guests to return home.

Will alcohol be served at the reception?

Yes, there will be an open bar.

When should we expect to arrive and leave?

Please arrive at 2:45 pm at the “Gazebo” for the ceremony, it will promptly start at 3 pm. The reception will end at midnight.

Do you have a registry?

Your presence on our special day is already enough, however, if you do wish to gift as well, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.

Where are you going for your honeymoon?

We will decide the day after the wedding!
